Speakers
Each conference session will begin with a keynote lecture followed by an invited lecture. Well-recognised scientists from different countries will be invited to give a talk at the conference. Apart from the invited lectures for further talks in each section will be selected by the designated chairpersons on the basis of the submitted abstracts. Therefore, the final list of speakers will be available after the 30th April, when the selection procedure is finished. In the selection procedure the Scientific Committee will pay special attention to young investigators at the beginning of their scientific carrier.

The Role of the calorimetric measurement of energy flows to achieve the Kyoto Protocol
and secure energy resources.
This Workshop is open to all the participants of the ISBC meeting who are interested in the application of calorimetric methods to environmental studies directly connected to prevent and to control global warming. It is focused on the Kyoto protocol requests to minimize the CO2 released by human activities and tries to show how calorimetry can help for the sustainable development of our ecosystems. If you think that your research can contribute to these topics, please send the Secretary (see below) an abstract about your subject and your ideas.
